I am coming on my 30th day of praying the maha-mantra. It is my intention to continue this practice beyond the required minimum because the inspiring effect I have felt thus far. I note myself much more blessed than I have in the past. It’s as if someone is listening, aware of my needs, aware of my efforts, aware of me. I believe that because I have been chanting the Holy names my life is taking on a new purpose and meaning. Accordingly, I sense an immense love towards me and coming from within as well. I am fortunate in many areas of my life and it all began as I chanted the maha-mantra. For this opportunity, I am infinitely thankful.

I’m enjoying the Journey to Prema [course] and I’m applying that processes that you have suggested. The lessons help to give me a raft of safety stability here in prison and the storm tossed waves of my own mind and personality.

The Journey to Prema course and newsletters are so informative and explanatory. This makes everything so much easier to understand. I also really enjoy the spiritual pen pal program provided to us to ask questions and fellowship. This helps so much in so many ways. They have also been so kind in providing me with most excellent and cherished books and literature … Krsna has completely changed my perspective on life. It’s wonderful seeing Krsna in everything and everyone.

Tomorrow it will be a month since you and Vasanti Dasi came over to this facility to visit me/us … I wanted to write to you guys as soon as the day after that visit, but I just couldn’t put all my thoughts and feelings into words. It was the best thing that ever happened to me in my whole entire life, and like I said before – ‘I will cherish that moment for the rest of my life,’ on this journey to PREMA.

I found one of your books at the chapel the other day and find it to be interesting so far. Bhakti-rasayana is the name I think. But do you by chance have a spiritual pen pal program or a study course? I will be looking forward to your reply. Thank you.
